Our new address is Lekokatu 2

The city of Kokemäki constructed a new street in the Haanmäki area of Peipohja, between the site of the former Peipohja school and Highway 2. With the new alignment of Haanmäentie, the new address of LEKO Fans Oy is Lekokatu 2. Lekokatu is named after Lehtosen Konepaja, and LEKO Fans Oy operates at the same address and in the same premises as Lehtosen Konepaja Oy and the administrative company founded by the machine shop, LEKO Group Oy.

The machine shop’s production and delivery facilities have been located on Haanmäentie for decades. The history of Lehtosen Konepaja in Kokemäki began in 1946 when the founder, Arvo Lehtonen, purchased a plot in Peipohja. The first machine shop building was erected on the site in 1948, and since then, the company has grown and expanded significantly.

Today, in addition to the administrative and personnel buildings, the site and its surroundings house machining facilities, an assembly hall, a welding hall, a paint shop, logistics halls, sandblasting and finishing halls, as well as storage facilities. The old Peipohja school building and its grounds are also part of the Lehtosen Konepaja factory area.
